An international academic research project dedicated to the study/research of social-economic, cultural, environmental and culinary aspects of Street Food Tourism

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The objectives consist in investigating and examining various social-economic, cultural, environmental and culinary aspects of street food tourism in relation to local communities, tourism sector and tourists. A list of possible aspects/themes to examine are here listed (list is not exhaustive):
